CAMPAIGNs
Campaigns are where strategy and creative come together — solving a real business challenge with an idea that's bold enough to cut through and simple enough for a team to run with. From problem to concept to results, this is the work I’m most proud of.
AT&T SUMMER BLOCKBUSTER
Challenge
Rep engagement with HomeTech Protection (HTP) had plateaued. AT&T and Asurion needed a summer campaign that would cut through the noise, energize reps, and give them fresh, memorable talking points to pitch HTP more confidently and consistently.
Solution
The team used AI-generated imagery to build a full "Summer of Blockbusters" creative series — recasting HTP's value proposition through the lens of iconic, instantly recognizable movie genres and moments, including: a red-carpet premiere, a Top Gun-style sunset walk, a Star Wars silhouette, Jaws, Guardians of the Galaxy, Scream, The Odyssey, Moana. Each execution paired a punchy, protection-themed headline with familiar cinematic imagery, tying HTP's message to stories reps already knew and loved.
Result
The campaign immediately resonated with the field. Reps responded enthusiastically to the creative, and the fun, pop-culture hook made HTP easier to talk about on the floor. That energy translated directly to performance: HomeTech Protection had its best sales month of the year in June 2026.
ROGERS
Challenge
As part of a new growth initiative, Asurion set out to pursue a partnership with Rogers. Rather than responding to a brief, the team needed to create something fresh and intriguing enough to demonstrate, unprompted, that an Asurion partnership could drive higher take rates on protection plans while directly supporting Rogers' core priorities.
Solution
The brainstorming process started with classic "perfect pairing" ideas — peanut butter and jelly, cookies and milk, lock and key — but none quite captured the combined value the partnership was meant to deliver. The breakthrough came with reframing the idea as a sandwich: Rogers and Asurion each serve as a slice of bread, the essential structure holding everything together, while the bundled benefits become the ingredients stacked in between. While everything is great individually, together they're what make the whole thing worth paying for. The visual made an abstract partnership pitch tangible, appetizing, and easy to grasp at a glance.
Result
The concept landed immediately. Rogers called it clever, and the reaction wasn't limited to the client. People across Asurion responded to the idea too, generating real excitement and interest in collaborating further with the team. What started as a single campaign concept became a calling card for the kind of creative thinking the team could bring to future partnership work.
Verizon Fall 2022 Open Enrollment
Challenge
For Verizon's Fall 2022 Open Enrollment, we were tasked with creating a way to remind reps that the Open Enrollment period gives customers a second chance to sign up for Verizon Mobile Protect and protect their device. The graphics needed to be internal, rep-facing content built to be shared rep-to-rep, making the reminder feel less like a corporate mandate and more like something reps would actually want to share of their own volition.
Solution
The team leaned into meme culture and playful, easily shareable imagery built around a "Save the Dough" pun. The tone was intentionally light and internet-native, using formats reps already recognized and enjoyed from their own social feeds, making the message feel natural to how reps actually communicate rather than like a top-down campaign push.
Result
The campaign resonated widely with reps, who responded positively to the humor and creativity and shared the graphics amongst themselves — turning a routine Open Enrollment reminder into content reps were genuinely excited to pass along.
AT&T Spring Campaign
Challenge
AT&T wanted to see an always-on campaign to build familiarity and trust in AT&T HomeTech Protection among existing wireless and internet customers. Rather than a one-off push, the goal was to reach customers who already trust AT&T and turn that trust into interest in protecting the devices they love, from first email to final conversion.
Solution
The team developed two creative platforms, each carried across email, a dedicated landing page, and social retargeting ads.
“Evergreen,” built on AT&T’s reputation for dependability and friendly professionalism, positioning HomeTech Protection as a natural extension of the reliability customers already expect. Messaging centered on relatable tech mishaps, like a cracked laptop screen, a late-night tech issue, or a Monday morning mishap, paired with a simple value message: one plan, thousands of devices, and an average home holding over $11,500 worth of tech.
“Guaranteed,” leaned into AT&T being the first and only carrier to guarantee its wireless and fiber networks, extending that promise to HomeTech Protection. It focused on proof and reassurance, with real customer testimonials, 24/7 expert support, and a “live life, uninterrupted” message that gave more skeptical customers concrete confidence in the offer.
Result
The campaign was received well and delivered valuable insight into how to speak to specific customer segments. Testing two distinct platforms side by side showed which messages resonated with which customers, giving the team a stronger foundation for targeting HomeTech Protection going forward.
